Our Yoga Mindful Flow class is dynamic and balancing. It features a flowing sequence of yoga postures where breath and movement are synchronized. Sun salutations, standing poses, twists, and backbends create a well-rounded sequence, every flow offers a unique experience. A thoughtfully designed series of transitions and held poses, combined with breathing, warms the body and calms the mind. You'll improve your stamina, focus, and overall fitness.
